INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
A series of short, informal recitals with optional evaluations

ELIGIBILITY:     All ages- children, teen-agers, adults of all levels from early grades to most advanced. Minimum requirement is at least one year of study and the ability to perform.


REPERTOIRE:  Original piano music of any period including 4 or 6-hand compositions and original student compositions. No pieces from Method Books or simplified music or arrangements. Teacher is NOT permitted to play four-hand music with his/her student. Compositions must be memorized and properly prepared. Music must be brought along to present to judges. No photocopies accepted.


FEES AND PLAYING TIMES: 
Earlier Grades -- Three (3) minute limit, at most three pieces -- $20.00.
Upper Intermediate -- Five (5) minute limit, at most two pieces -- $25.00.
Advanced -- Ten (10) minute limit, at most two pieces -- $30.00.
Fees include registration, performance and up to four guests per performer.
                  

AWARDS:      A Certificate of Performance will be presented to each student. Evaluations (optional) from three judges will be sent to each teacher.

TEACHERS are not to make themselves known to judges. Also, while every effort is made to schedule students at the requested times, it is impossible to grant every request. The Chair reserves the right to make the final determination of audition times.
